Requirements for Use<\/h3>\n

Customer must be at least eighteen (18) years of age in order to conduct an EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group transaction. In addition, every customer of EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group must be the actual owner of any and all property sold or attempted to be sold to EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group.
\nThe customer must be acting on his or her own behalf and not as the agent or representative of another person.<\/p>\n

Gold Testing<\/h3>\n

It is important to note the items may become tarnished where testing takes place.
\nSuch tarnishing is however superficial and can be polished out.
\nIn some circumstances, it may be necessary to scrape a very small sample of metal from the item.
\nIf this occurs, we will always do our best to ensure this is done on an area of the item that is not usually visible.
\nIf, following testing, we determine an item is not gold, it will be returned to the customer using Registered NZ Post Delivery.<\/p>\n

Inspection & Liability<\/h3>\n

Client acknowledges EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group has the final & absolute discretion in valuing & authenticating all items sent via online trading.
\nIf said items are found not to be as described by client EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group reserves the right to either refuse to buy\/purchase goods and or return goods to client.
\nIn no event shall EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group be liable to any party, including any insurance carrier. EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group shall not be liable for any subrogation claim brought by customer’s insurance carrier and by submitting an item(s) to EZYCASH Gold Buyers Licensed Group customer expressly and specifically waives any such subrogation claim on his or her behalf as well as on behalf of his or her insurance carrier.<\/p>\n
